ADLER: Hearing is believing
David Adler has written an excellent article in the Coeur d’Alene Press that we all should read. I have heard him speak at the Coeur d’Alene library twice in the past year and three months. He is a constitutional scholar and spoke on this topic both times. He makes every effort to address certain issues as written and defined by the courts over the years. He is open to all questions whether on his topic or to address questions by individuals in attendance. Even if the questioner disagrees with what he has said and chooses to attack him personally, Mr. Adler acknowledges the person and explains what the courts have ruled or the understood intent of the Constitution.
