I have worked alongside and known Roger Garlock for more than 10 years. We don’t see eye to eye very often politically, however, I fully support him in his campaign based on his character, drive and commitment to t…
VOTE: For the helpers
It’s refreshing to see a political candidate, (or seasoned politician), who actually gives back to their constituents rather than the perennial outstretched hand. Rebecca Schroeder has been traveling to Washington,…

ABORTION: Here's an option
I read Republican Bob Nonini’s statement that “women who get abortions should be subject to the death penalty.” He slightly backed away from that statement with “a threat of prosecution.” After I read that, I had a…

Luke Malek is running for the 1st Congressional district seat. He has a proven track record of listening to the voices of his constituents, aggressively solving problems and working tirelessly to improve our state.
MITCHELL: Experience matters
I urge the voters to vote for Judge John Mitchell. Born in Idaho and lived most of his life in North Idaho, Judge Mitchell has shown his devotion to the area by unselfishly donating his time to the special courts (…
