HAGEDORN: For Lt. Governor

I am writing to endorse Idaho Senator Marv Hagedorn for Lt. Governor. Senator Hagedorn is a Navy veteran who spent 20 years in the military. When he retired and before becoming a State Senator, he formed an organization that helps wounded veterans return to civilian life, go to college and get jobs. He is the only person running for the position of Lt. Governor who has served our country in the military.

You should ask him how much money he makes every year from our government for terminating lives!

TYPO: Sorry about that

In an article I wrote for the Coeur d’Alene Press (Oct. 20, “One way to slow attack on free speech rights,” page A5), I misspelled a phrase, which I suspect confused readers. I wrote “American Americans” when I should have written “African Americans.” Four different people edited this piece and all of us missed this typo. But as its creator, the mistake was mine. My apologies to the Coeur d’Alene Press readers.
