Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City of Athol, Kootenai County Idaho, will hold a Public Hearing to consider any and all comments on the following: Case No. S-18-01, the Crossings at Athol subdivision, a request by HJ Grathol to amend the Order of Decision granting preliminary plat approval of a 22-lot subdivision on 29.4 acres in the Commercial zone. Specifically, the request is to delete or amend condition 5.09 which precludes development on individual lots until the subdivision infrastructure is complete. The subject property is identified as a portion of Assessor's parcel no. 53N03W-10-6100, and is more particularly described as Tax No. 24829 in Section 10, Township 53 North, Range 3 West, B.M., Kootenai County, Idaho. The property is generally located at the northeast corner of U.S. Highway 95 and State Highway 54, west of Howard Road. Preliminary plat approval was granted April 18, 2018. All interested persons are invited to appear and/or comment on this proposed special use permit.
