The BLM released the original WFCA project decision and notified interested parties on June 15, 2017. A 15-day protest period followed this release as required by 43 CFR § 5003.3. The principle of administrative finality precludes any further protest of the original decision. Since there have been no changes to the original WFCA decision in the Blue Creek East Timber Sale, there is no new protest opportunity.
