SALE OF TIMBER 2020 Mrs Theodore II Logging Unit COEUR D'ALENE INDIAN RESERVATION Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. local time at the Coeur d'Alene Tribal Forestry Office, 402 Anne Antelope Avenue, Plummer, Idaho on August 26, 2020. The sale is located in portions of Sections 6, 7, 8, 17, and 18, Township 44 North, Range 4 West and portions of Sections 19, 20, 29, 30, and 31,Township 45 North, Range 4 West, and portions of Sections 25 and 36, Township 45 North, Range 5 West, Boise Meridian, Benewah County, Idaho. Approximately 832 acres will be logged with an estimated volume of 3,680 MBF of sawlogs and 400 tons of Mixed Fir Species tonwood. The default for which this sale is to be made is that the Trustor above-named has failed to pay when due: (i) the final balloon payment of principal, fees, points, and interest which became due upon the July 17, 2020 maturity date in the approximate amount of $2,000,000.00; (ii) all other continuing daily late fees ($328.77 per day), continuing default interest ($986.30 per day) and/or any other disbursements, costs, attorney fees, trustee fees, expenses, etc., incurred and/or paid by the Beneficiary and/or Trustee associated with this Notice of Default and/or this foreclosure as provided by the Deed of Trust and the underlying Promissory Note, dated January 17, 2020, and/or Idaho law. As of July 17, 2020, the approximate balance of $2,000,000.00, together with continuing late fees, continuing default interest, plus costs and attorney fees, remains as due and owing.
