MARITIME: Hold on a minute
It has been a long time since the community has come together in such force to oppose what thousands of people in Kootenai County see as a damaging, dangerous and inappropriate project asking officials for approval…
WEBSITES: A business priority
We’re new to the party… bought land up in the county north of Hayden 15 years ago. Now, we’re finishing up building a new house on an old hunk of concrete.
CORRIDOR: At what cost?
Some thoughts on the proposed Kootenai Health corridor. A Dec. 3 Press story listed a basic breakdown of payment resources for the KH project. In short, 20 years plus $92 million cash equals 263 acres of a utopian …

ABORTION: New year, new hope
Well, here we are at Life Sunday 2020. Maybe this will be the year when we finally act like human beings should and end the horror of abortion. Maybe this will be the year when mothers stop killing their own babies…
IMPEACH: Look at the facts
The House has voted for impeachment along strict party lines; the Senate will undoubtedly vote to acquit along strictly party lines. The public is likewise deeply divided.
