STRAHORN: Come up with a solution
I'm not surprised that the traffic on Strahorn has been reduced in half. Remember that the street was made one-way on Sept. 20, 2010. That should reduce traffic on that street by one-half. Where did the northbound traffic go? I think it is now going by the Hayden Lake Country Club, north on Sky View/Hill View or Maple streets, to get around the one-way portion of the arterial: Strahorn. Is that the "desired" result? None of these alternate routes are arterials and none have been built to the standards used for arterials. Strahorn needs to be fixed and have the speed bumps removed.
