BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE a portion of Appleway Avenue right-of-way adjoining the southwesterly boundary of Lot 4, Block 1 of the Zanetti Subdivision to the City of Coeur d'Alene. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Zanetti Brothers, Inc. have filed with the City Clerk, a petition to vacate a portion of Appleway Avenue in the City of Coeur d'Alene, Kootenai County, Idaho located in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 , of Section 2, Township 50 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 4, Block one, on the plat of Zanetti Subdivision, Book K, Page 242, Records of Kootenai County; thence along the southerly boundary line of said Lot 4, N 88º54'22" W, 15.00 feet; thence N 86º55'16" W, 39.09 feet to the point of curvature of a non-tangent curve concave to the northeast, said point being the True Point of Beginning for this description; thence leaving the said boundary line, 247.94 feet along said curve, having a radius of 465.19 feet, a central angle of 30º32'15", a chord bearing of N 55º43'38" W, and a chord distance of 245.02 feet; thence N 40º27'30" W, 160.09 feet; thence N 00º14'50" E, 14.02 feet to the said southwesterly corner of said lot 4; thence along the southerly boundary line of said Lot 4, S 48º12'21" E, 410.83 feet to the True Point of Beginning, containing approximately 0.230 acres, more or less. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said petition will be held before the City Council of the City of Coeur d'Alene in the Council Chambers at the hour of 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at a meeting of said Council, when and where any person interested may be heard.
