In a world where back pain has become a common complaint — from desk jobs to physically demanding labor — many are searching for relief that doesn't involve surgery or long-term medication. ADVERTISING: Advertorial — Are you suffering from male menopause?
Male Menopause, more correctly called “Andropause” is on the rise. Also referred to as grumpy old man syndrome, hypogonadism, irritable male syndrome and hypotestosteronism, andropause effects about 30% of healthy men before the age of 50 and 50% of healthy men greater than 60 years old. Beginning around 30 years of age, male testosterone levels drop about 10% per decade. Androgen (hormone) levels fall as well. In many cases, this decline is more rapid, showing as early as age 40.

How a surviving spouse can avoid probate in Idaho
When a loved one passes away, navigating the probate process can be overwhelming during an already difficult time. In Idaho, surviving spouses may have access to a simplified estate administration process that can save time, money, and stress. For many married couples in Idaho, setting up a revocable living trust is the best way to eliminate the need for a probate at either or both spouses’ deaths. However, even for couples who have not established a living trust, there may be options that don’t require going through probate when the first spouse dies. Let's explore when Idaho law allows for summary administration when the surviving spouse is the sole beneficiary.

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned Wednesday's airstrikes and said the “deceitful enemy has carried out cowardly attacks at five locations in Pakistan” and that his country would retaliate. “Pakistan has every right to give a robust response to this act of war imposed by India, and a strong response is indeed being given,” Sharif said.

How Utah dentists are preparing patients for the first statewide fluoride ban
Florida is poised to become the second state to ban fluoride under a bill that Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Tuesday he would sign soon. The Ohio and South Carolina legislatures are considering similar measures. Supporters of states’ efforts to ban fluoride said they did not dispute that it could have some benefits but thought people should not be given it by the government without their informed consent.

Homeland Security chief says travelers with no REAL ID can fly for now, but with likely extra steps
The Transportation Security Administration warned people who don’t have the REAL ID to show up early and be prepared for advanced screening to avoid causing delays. “I do not have a belief that this will cause people to miss their flights if they take that additional time in," said Thomas Carter, the TSA's Federal Security Director in New Jersey. "I think there’s that self-responsibility of the law that they need to know, give themselves that extra time, and if they do that, they shouldn’t have an issue.”

Cinco de Mayo celebrates resilience and culture of Mexican people
Cinco de Mayo marks the anniversary of the 1862 victory by Mexican troops over invading French forces at the Battle of Puebla. The triumph over the better-equipped and much larger French troops was an enormous emotional boost for Mexican soldiers led by Gen. Ignacio Zaragoza. In Mexico, historical reenactments are held annually in the central city of Puebla to commemorate the victory. Participants dress as Mexican and French troops, and as Zacapoaxtlas — the Indigenous and farmer contingent that helped Mexican troops win.
