Three years ago, I joined five other former Idaho Attorneys General in describing that important position as “the …
CANCER: Docs are truly a godsend
Prayers really are answered. Thank you Northwest Specialty Hospital and Dr. Samuels for answering a lot of prayers from your supporters, friends and most of all your patients.
GUNS: Add to the stats, please
Read an article by Alecia Warren on 3-17-2013. Was a little surprised it was not complete. She left out a few facts.
SEWER: Better idea than park
Well duh!
J. ADAMS: In defense of defender
Judge Earl Johnson, Jr. said, “Poor people have access to the courts in the same sense that the Christians had access to the lions.” Everyone needs counsel when the state, the non-breathing entity, files a criminal…
ONLINE: Use your names, posters
Why don’t you make it a policy for anyone posting comments on the stories/articles, that it is required they post under their true name as registered as a poster?
ADAMS: No offense meant to Californians
I just wanted to respond to Sunday’s letter from John Gavin. A few from our family snowmobiled to the warming hut on that day and did record their names in the guest book ... along with a comment about moose. Someo…
TREE: Will miss all it represents
Well, no matter how anyone else feels, the “powers that be” removed that beautiful tree anyway. It’s absurd that the “developers” could not find a way to work around the tree. Other places have, leaving beautiful s…

OBAMA: Picking up a big tab
Here is some unpublicized info as to Obama spending. He is — figuratively speaking — writing checks to pay for the war and all contracts created under the Bush/Cheney administration. He is writing death benefit che…
PARADE: Lacked Irish essentials
A St. Patrick’s parade without bagpipes and Irish dancers. What should I expect from a city that would cut down a Freedom Tree for a parking lot! Shame on you Cd’A.
HUMANE: Don't miss this meeting
I have heard that the community is outraged about the actions of the Kootenai Humane Society. The community needs to stand up for the animals, for they have no voice.
