COEUR d'ALENE - A 26-year-old Rathdrum man was sentenced this week to 20 years in prison for felony crimes including lewd conduct and sexual abuse with a child less than 16 years old.

COEUR d'ALENE - After 20 years of volunteering on the Coeur d'Alene Planning Commission, Heather Bowlby has left her post. During her tenure, it's estimated she attended more than 1,000 meetings.
