Clothing sales fight human trafficking
There has been no lack of stories about the next generation and how they are walking away from faith and church. There is some truth to that scenario, but other studies show young people hunger to understand the meaning of life and a Christian worldview. Here is a story of some local young women who not only understand faith but also what it means to be a part of the Great Commission to spread the Gospel to all the world. We interviewed a lovely young woman, Gracey Laursen, about a clothing company called Freedombound.

Of price points and tariffs
Recently the Trump administration announced sweeping tariffs on European wine that will almost certainly trickle down to the retail market place. While the effect will become clear in the coming months, not all countries or categories of wine will be affected equally. Exempt from the tax will be wines from Italy. Wines from France, Spain and Portugal will be impacted, but with varying degrees. Also exempt is French Champagne and other sparkling wines from France, and any of their wines over 14% alcohol. A tough challenge: Buy local, fresh food
In my quest to partake in the 100-mile challenge (purchasing all your food within a 100-mile radius of your home) I have discovered a bountiful selection of local farmers with wonderful programs to get their food into your home. Purchasing sustainable foods from growers who use natural farming practices ensures that you are putting good, chemical/hormone-free food into your body. As a society, we need to rethink how we look at our food source and how we shop.

That means that these owners are no longer underwater with their mortgages. Of the five states with the highest negative equity, Idaho is not listed. Five states alone account for nearly 37 percent of the negative equity in the U.S. CoreLogic reports that the following five states have the highest percentage of mortgaged properties in negative equity:
