ATLAS: Lower speed limit could lead to more congestion
We have lived a couple of blocks off the Atlas/Kathleen intersection since 1986. I can well appreciate the concern of the residents living between Prairie and Hanley as the rise in traffic has become terrible with the growth in Coeur d’Alene, with much more to come.
