On Friday, the Thorns beat the Spokane Sounders South 7-0. Olivia Nusser scored the first goal, followed by two goals each from Brightyn Gatten, Aubrey Sargent and Kylie Lorona. On Saturday, the Thorns beat the Sandpoint Strikers 3-2. Kylie Lorona, Olivia Nusser and Aubrey Sargent each scored one goal for the Thorns. On Sunday, the Thorns beat their sister team and practice teammates, the Thorns North FC 2011 green team, 4-1. The yellow pulled through with the win with Kylie Lorona and Vivian Hartzell each scoring two goals. In the championship game, the Thorns lost 1-0 to FC Spokane. In the front row from left for the Thorns yellow team is Zoey Lemmon, Brightyn Gatten, Kylie Lorona, Hailey Viaud, Payton Brennan and Aubrey Sargent; and back row from left, Emily Hackett, Eloise Elgee, Victoria Howard, Vivian Hartzell, Olivia Nusser and coach Mark Plakoras.
