Teens take the reins

High school students partner with city, propose and lead civic projects

A City of Rathdrum program is giving high-school students an opportunity to conceptualize, plan, budget and present a civic-project of their choosing. Council members will select from the submissions and team up with students in funding the project and bringing it to life.
