Normally, a triple bogey on the first hole would derail a round after it had barely started. But Post Falls High senior Dominic Mosby shrugged off the rough start, and finished with a 2-over-par 74 to claim boys medalist honors at the 5A Region 1 golf tournament Monday at Avondale Golf Club.
