<p>Senior wrestler Alius De La Rosa is this week's Post Falls High School Athlete of the Week. De La Rosa defeated James Fisher of Centennial 6-0 in the championship match at 145 pounds for his fourth state championship recently at Holt Arena in Pocatello, becoming the first four-time state champion in school history.</p>
