In last week's article I asked the following questions - What are you doing for the next 30 to 90 days? Where would you like to be in the next 30 to 90 days? Then I made the observation that 30 to 90 days will come and go just like the previous 30 to 90 days. For some, they will be exactly where they are today and for others, their lives will be significantly better because their health will be significantly transformed. Like Jim Stanton from Orofino, whom I cited last week, who went from a cholesterol level of 4,100 to 230 in just 30 days by investing in himself and doing the Ideal Protein diet/treatment Program.
