Idaho Fish and Game learned Friday personal information for license buyers who began purchasing hunting and fishing licenses and tags prior to 2008 was potentially accessed by a breach of the online computer license sales system owned and operated by Active Network, a Texas-based company.
Market stabilization continues
As we had hoped, the May statistics as presented by the Coeur d'Alene Multiple Listing Service show improved performance in several areas. Coeur d'Alene and Dalton continue the upward momentum seen the previous months with the May statistics showing improvement in number of homes sold and in average price of those homes.
Roger C. Edgren, 87
Former longtime Colfax, Wash., resident and business owner Roger C. Edgren, 87, passed away on Feb. 1, 2016, at Wellspring Meadows Assisted Living in Hayden, Idaho. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, 2016, in the chapel of Bruning Funeral Home. Vault interment will follow at the Colfax Cemetery. Friends are invited to join the family for a reception at Events on Main following the burial.

Ila Irene Jones, 73
On Sept. 23, 2016, our feisty mom, Ila Irene Jones, lost her long battle with a rare disease called Scleroderma. She suffered for 16 years with the disease. It is a horrible auto-immune disease, of which there is no cure. People sometimes teased her about typing in capital letters. She did it because her hands were like stone.

ISENBERG CAUSE OF DEATH: DIPHENHYDRAMINE TOXICITY
Larry Isenberg’s death was not due to drowning. The cause of death was due to “diphenhydramine toxicity,” according to this single page received by The Press today from the Kootenai County coroner’s office. The report of findings was not provided. Diphenhydramine is the over-the-counter drug known as Benadryl.
