Here is a former Chief Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court justifying the violation of our nation’s immigration laws because he has concluded that these laws are not rational. He is in effect condoning the breaking of the law. Why not enforce the laws we have, and then work to change them legally through the proper legislative channels?
