PIGEON: Should be our national bird

Poetic justice was deposited on the head of a Democratic state representative in Chicago. The Chicago Transit Authority Irving Park Blue Line station is known locally as the “pigeon poop station.” As Rep. Jaime Andrade was discussing the unsanitary conditions with a reporter, a pigeon let go on the top of his head. Who knew a bird could be so discerning and patriotic?
