In 2001, Coeur d’Alene High athletic director Larry Schwenke (left photo) awarded Peter Hoorelbeke with a plaque in recognition of a benefit concert by Pete’s Classic Rock All-Stars. The band attracted 1,200 fans to North Idaho College and raised $15,000 for a CHS activities complex. Pete played the drums and sang.
