Worley Fire Station 2 sold for $250K

In what he termed a “feel-good decision,” Worley Fire Chief Scott Campos said that Fire Station 2 is officially off the market. The only bid in January was $250,000, which wound up being $200,000 below the appraisal value once the property was assessed.
