Timberlake Middle School's team came in second place in the senior division for "The Sprinkler Sensor System" Friday at the Idaho Exhibition of Ideas North Idaho Student Showcase. "It works as a sensor that will be put deep underground - about 4-5 feet," the team's idea description states. "The system contains a nearby sprinkler with a pipe that runs to a large above ground water tank. The tank will also have minerals to provide the plant with nutrients."
