The Windermere Foundation-Coeur d'Alene awarded Specialized Needs Recreation (SNR) $2,500 for scholarships for families with children with special needs to attend various activities throughout the year. SNR events/activities are not only "fun" but true learning experiences for each attendee. Participants' ages range from "8 and up."
