Lakeland superintendent apologizes after transgender actor visits school

The Lakeland Joint School District released a statement on social media Monday to comment on a children’s theater residency with Missoula Children’s Theatre after it had ended last week. The group has been sending actors to Lakeland to perform plays with students for nearly 20 years.
