Kindergarten teacher Merrit Mitchell, who has taught at Borah Elementary for 16 years, goes through decades of stuff May 28 in the kindergarten storage area. She will follow many of her students to Bryan Elementary after Borah closes at the end of the school year.

A tidal wave of memories came flooding back when a small group of former Borah Elementary School students met at the school Tuesday to reminisce and recall their Borah experiences.
