Courtesy photo High jumper Trieste Marek from the Coeur d'Alene-based North Idaho Blaze Track Club finished fifth in the girls 15-16 age group at the recent Region 13 Championships (Washington, Oregon, Idaho) at Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, Ore., with a jump of 4 feet, 11 inches. That qualified her for the USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field championships July 22-28 in College Station, Texas.
