The Timbers 2013 boys took two teams (White and Black) to the Glacier Surf Premier Cup in Whitefish, Mont., last weekend, with the Black team taking silver medals, and the White team taking third place. The White team lost only to the tournament champions, and tied Helena Arsenal 1-1 and the Black team 3-3. The Black team also lost to the tournament champions (Albion FC from Sandpoint), but beat the Helena Arsenal 6-1 to earn the bid in the finals. Albion defeated the Black team 4-0 in the championship match. Goal scorers for the silver medalists were Oliver Clark (4), Shane Staeheli (2), Luke Baune (1), Jasper Meyer (1) and Keaton Knoll (1).
