Building would have luxury hotel rooms, restaurant with rooftop lounge, retail and commercial spaces

The Hagadone Corporation, in a meeting with Coeur d’Alene city officials, recently unveiled a preliminary plan for a new development project along Sherman Avenue, between First and Second streets. The proposed new addition to The Coeur d’Alene Resort encompasses a multi-faceted structure, including luxury hotel rooms, a restaurant featuring a rooftop lounge, parking and spaces for retail and commercial offices.
