Levy results prompt hard look at spending

The Lakeland Joint School District trustees were grateful to the community for passing two levies in an election Tuesday that will fund the district for the next two years, but were reverent while they reviewed the district’s budget in a meeting Wednesday to prepare for the upcoming school year.
