Jim Morse's custom purple 1950 Mercury Monterey, "Elvira," seems to flash a smile Saturday during the fourth annual Thunder in the Bay car extravaganza in Bayview. Morse, of Hayden, spent 10 years working on this beauty, which many people admired as they strolled through the show.
