People participate in Walmart's annual Wellness Day to promote healthy communities. Post Falls and Hayden Walmarts will have free screenings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m Jan. 14, paired with low-cost or vaccines for tetanus or the flu, and no cost to patient COVID-19 vaccines.
