Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy took first place in the Thomas S. Foley Memorial Tournament for speech and debate held Feb. 2-4 in Spokane. Charter won first place, Large School Division. Charter takes first, LCHS takes third in large school division

Speech, debate and honors French and Spanish students from Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy and Lake City High School fared well at the three-day Thomas Foley Memorial Tournament held Feb. 2-4 at University High School in Spokane Valley.
