David Roemer took over as Superintendent of Glacier National Park earlier this month. Roemer comes to Glacier National Park after spending the past 11 years at Redwoods National and State Parks in California, where he had been serving as deputy superintendent since June 2015.

Glacier National Park caps off busy year while preparing for the next
Reservations will no longer be required in Two Medicine or at the St. Mary entrance of the Sun Road.
Roemer said the weather has a lot to do with how many people visit during these shoulder seasons, pointing to lower visitation in the spring of 2022 due to colder, wetter conditions.
