The Coeur d’Alene Roller Derby (also known as the Snake Pit Derby Dames) are hanging up their skates in February 2024 unless they can find a practice space. The nonprofit roller derby league had supported local programs such as Bikers Against Child Abuse, Kootenai Humane Society, Centennial Trail clean up since their start in 2008.
