Associate Supervisor Bob Flagor was recently honored with a plaque for 22 years of service to the Kootenai-Shoshone Soil & Water Conservation District. Flagor worked as a diesel mechanic for over 20 years before returning to school to earn his degree in environmental science at the University of Idaho. He has worked for the conservation district since 2001.
