Tamara "Tammy" Lynn Allen

Tammy was born January 5th, 1959, in Spokane, Washington to Jim & Gloria Blaine. While Gloria fought MS, Tammy lived back and forth between her maternal grandfather “riding the railroad” and at Twin Lakes with her Blaine family before eventually settling there.
