For Valorie Cooper, floral designer and owner of Sunflower Cottage and Village Decor in Coeur d'Alene, men were her best Valentine's Day customers, calling and ordering flowers and gifts to be delivered. Despite having some supply shortage issues, the day went beautifully, she said.
