Dreams Are Forever Events, a Coeur d’Alene and Spokane premier character entertainment company, will be presenting “A Halloween Spooktacular” on Oct. 1st and 2nd at the Salvation Army Kroc Center Theater with show times of 3 p.m., 5 p.m., and 7 p.m.
