CHS student earns recognition at state
A decision on a whim became something that will impact her for the rest of her life. Hailey Black, a senior at Coeur d’Alene High School, decided to participate in the Distinguished Young Woman program to meet new friends and ended up winning the title for Kootenai County, moving on to receive 2nd alternate at state.
