Photographers, bird watchers line Higgens Point shore
COEUR D’ALENE - About 50 photographers and bird watchers, and thousands of dollars worth of camera equipment, spread out on the shorelines of Higgens Point along Lake Coeur d’Alene midmorning on Monday.
