PHOTOS: Hitting the newly paved road
The $57.2 million Highway 41 overpass project from Mullan Avenue to Boekel Road began in June 2020. As part of a long-term effort by the Idaho Transportation Department to increase the two-lane arterial to four between Post Falls and Rathdrum, the project is now opening up for public use.
