Spokane band jams for summer concert series lineup
Soul Proprietor, a ten-piece “Urban Soul” group featuring funk, blues, motown, classic rock and R&B will perform at Riverstone Park on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. as part of the free summer concert series.
