PREP ROUNDUP: Lakeland sweeps Sandpoint in softball
Olivia Staudinger belted a go-ahead two-run homer in the bottom of the sixth innings, and the Lakeland Hawks went on to score five times in the inning to beat the Sandpoint Bulldogs 11-7 and finish off a sweep of their Inland Empire League doubleheader Thursday at Lakeland High.
