Jeff Bergstrom of SpokAnimal on Thursday evening welcomes a furry friend to North Idaho as a plane filled with about 100 dogs, cats and kittens arrives at the Coeur d'Alene Airport. Kootenai Humane Society rescued 10 dogs of 600 animals that were flown from Hawaii to the Northwest as part of Paws across the Pacific, the largest pet rescue flight in history.
