Patricia and Vern Allen, and their son, Troy, were all in the same car on the night of a DUI crash, which occurred near Hayden on March 9, 2019. Cory Kreager was reportedly traveling eastbound on Boekel Road and failed to stop, hitting the driver’s side of the Allen’s van.
