Kootenai Humane Society volunteer coordinator Kelly Gill on Wednesday morning strings red lights and name tags around a faux Christmas tree in the Lights of Love display in the Silver Lake Mall. For $10 a tag, people can honor their pets, past or present, while supporting shelter animals this holiday season.
