Courtesy photo Sophomore cross country runner Sammie Wood is this week's Post Falls High School Athlete of the Week. Wood won the girls race at the Timberlake Farragut Invitational last Saturday with a time of 19 minutes, 01 second over the 3.1-mile course. She helped lead the Trojan girls team to a first-place finish.
